About Me
I am a Senior Lecturer in Management at Queen’s University Belfast.
I have more than 20 years of experience of working and conducting research in healthcare management.
My research has explored topics such as quality and patient safety improvement, innovation management, leadership skills, and more recently the implementation of new technologies, mostly using qualitative research methods.
Hospital Business Intelligence Toolkit
I am leading a research project aimed at supporting the design, implementation, continuous improvement, and effective use of Business Intelligence systems in decision-making at Portuguese NHS hospitals.
A core element of this project is the development of a BI toolkit. Currently the toolkit is only available in Portuguese.
